When: All Warrior Monk Trainings run 5 days and 4 nights;
check in 2:30-3:30 pm Wednesday, starting at 4:00 pm, ending Sunday at 2:00 pm. 

Where: We've chosen comfortable monastic type retreat centers located mostly out in the
quiet countryside. Each has its own unique flavor. Each retreat center holds about 24
participants, so it's best to register early.

Room and Board Costs: Food and lodging differ by site ranging between $225-$385
(U.S. dollars), plus your contribution to support the work. For more about how money
